Wednesday Trapeze and Treadmill Walk/Abs



Treadmill Walk
30 minutes

Ab Workout
25 table top crunches (lift and lower legs then crunch)
25 bicycle crunches (left, center, right, center)
25 pulse crunches (legs straddled)
(x2 sets of all)

Note: My knees were sore today so I just walked for 30 minutes today instead of running.
