Note: I'm trying to get back into routine so I got back on the Treadmill today. Since I've been off for so long, I decided to ease into it and only do a half run. I've honestly lost a lot of my motivation. I haven't lost any weight. I feel like the results are minimal. I'm feeling down about myself and just not feeling good in general due to personal issues going on. I'm trying to come back and just finish the 100 days but I really just don't have much motivation anymore.

Wednesday Fail
I was really busy today and didn't have any time or motivation to work out. I had to run some errands among other things. Hopefully today is the last day my personal issues will get in the way of working out. I'm going to try to get back into it starting tomorrow and try to re-motivate myself.

Tuesday Walk
Today my husband and I decided to have in impromptu date day. He took me to lunch at a Thai place we both like and then we went to The Getty art museum. It was very relaxing. We walked around in the gardens, viewed the decorative arts and Dutch painters sections and walked around the building to admire the architecture and various views of LA. It was pretty clear today so we could see the coast and ocean. Since it was a weekday the museum wasn't too crowded so we got some wine from the cafe and sat down to relax and enjoy the view until it closed. The museum is pretty big so we decided to only try to focus on a section of it as opposed to trying to run through and see everything. After we left the Getty we went to the mall where he bought me a cupcake from Velvet Cupcakes (my favorite cupcake place) and a new purse (my old one was falling apart). On the way to the mall we passed by Kogi truck that was parked on the street. We decided to stop for dinner since Kogi truck is so good. It's one of the more popular food trucks in LA. It's Korean BBQ and Mexican fusion and really delicious. So it was a busy and super fun date day.

Note: I just did 30 quick squats today. I've been going through some personal problems that have demotivated me from working out. It's not an excuse but I just haven't felt up to working out. I've felt like giving up entirely.

Saturday Walk
Today I went to the Strawberry Festival in Oxnard with my husband and a friend. We were originally going to go tomorrow so I wouldn't have to miss Trapeze Class but my friend thought it would be better to go today and earlier to avoid traffic. The festival was like a small street fair. There was a lot of food and craft tents. We walked around for hours looking at everything and ate a ton. I had strawberry beer that tasted like a strawberry cream soda. We also had a strawberry bbq sauce tri-tip sandwich, deep fried strawberries, chocolate covered strawberries and a build your own strawberry shortcake. Everything was delicious but we were definitely strawberried out by the end. Since we were in Oxnard we drove down to the harbor village to look around and walked out along the beach. My feet were actually sore by the end so I think I did get a lot of walking in.

Friday Fail
Today was the last day of my freelance gig at my old job. I didn't get any type of work out done today. This is proof that when I'm working full-time I'm just not going to work out. I'm not going to have time or motivation. All I want to do when I get home from work is relax. I don't even feel like cooking or eating dinner.

Note: Today my stomach was hurting really badly. Almost all day. I spent most of today laying down and tried some Advil. It was a cramping pain in my side. I had plans to go out and do things today but I ended up just staying home and resting. I did some Jumping Jacks even with the pain in my side. It's the very least I could do work out wise. Anything is better than nothing I suppose.

Note: I still was feeling really bad today. I have a week of freelance work at my old job to cover someone's vacation so today was my first day back. I won't be able to take Aerial class all next week since I have to work. I intended to work out at home once I got back from work but I just wasn't feeling good and it was late at night. The job is so far away from where I live, the hours are so demanding and traffic is so bad I don't get home until 9pm (which is the reason I quit in the first place). I figured a week of work wouldn't be so bad and I need the extra money. Next week I'm going to have to push myself hard to work out after I get home. It will be too late at night to run on the Treadmill (the noise will be loud and bothersome to my neighbors) so I'll have to figure out some quieter work outs.
