Saturday Treadmill Run


 
Treadmill Run
Run 3 minutes
Walk 1 minute
(x3 sets, 12 minutes)

Note: I'm trying to get back into routine so I got back on the Treadmill today.   Since I've been off for so long, I decided to ease into it and only do a half run.  I've honestly lost a lot of my motivation.  I haven't lost any weight.  I feel like the results are minimal.  I'm feeling down about myself and just not feeling good in general due to personal issues going on.  I'm trying to come back and just finish the 100 days but I really just don't have much motivation anymore.
