Saturday Pole and Treadmill Run



Treadmill Run
Run 3 minutes
Walk 1 minute
(x6 sets, 24 minutes)

Note: Trapeze class was cancelled today due to low sign up so I went to Pole class instead.  I somehow pinched the left side of my neck doing shoulder mounts so hopefully it'll be gone by tomorrow.
